Bite me PCOS.: Prediabetic

It isn't like I eat horribly...but, pretty sure I am right about this. Thanks again PCOS. My appointment can't come fast enough.

My TTC journey

1996 - Told I might have PCOS
1999 - Married, never been on any birth control, many tests done, no diagnosis, told I might never have children
2004 - found out I was 9 weeks pg (7 months after 35 pound weight loss)
2005 - DD born
2005 - 2007 - TTC on my own - nada
2007 - 2009 - OB said I just needed time (can't be infertile since I have a child? I had to school him about SIF - secondary infertility)
2009 - 4 rounds Clomid, 50mg - no O, 100mg - no O, 150mg - O +hpt ended in m/c, 100mg - no O
2009 Nov - asked for referral to RE
2010 Jan - RE dx PCOS & secondary infertility (told us our daughter was a miracle as I don't O), started treatment right away. HSG showed possible blockage in L tube
2010 Feb-Apr - Metformin 1500ER, 100mg clomid (monitored) - no O saw many tiny follies, 100mg Clomid (10 days instead of 5) again saw lots of tiny follies.
2010 May - Continued Metformin, first injectables cycle (with down regulation and then IUI) - 150iu Gonal f = overstim! 17+ follies, cycle cancelled
2010 June - 2 large cysts = BCP
2010 July - 2nd injectables cycle (with TI) - finally had a good O, on 11DPO +HPT!!! Betas doubles in 55 hours
2010 Oct - U/S found 2 subchorionic hemorrhages, ER visit due to severe bleeding, heartbeat and baby were doing great, told to take it easy.
2010 Dec - 20 week ultrasound was completely normal, gender is going to be a surprise!
2011 March - Baby born a bit early...7 weeks early due to severe pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome (came on suddenly)...Baby boy Trey was born 16 March at 1:35am, 3lbs 9oz, 16.5 inches long...spent 2 weeks in a level II nursery and then joined us at home!
